Managing Your Credits

The AI Interview Assistant operates on a credit-based system. This guide explains how credits work and how to manage them effectively.

Understanding Credits

  • What are credits? Credits are the currency used to access the AI Interview Assistant.
  • Credit Value: 1 credit = 60 minutes of interview session time.
  • Credit Usage: Credits are consumed in real-time as you use the interview assistant.
  • Credit Display: Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the interview session page.

Checking Your Credit Balance

You can check your current credit balance in two places:

  1. Dashboard: Your credit balance is displayed on the main dashboard page.
  2. Interview Session: At the top of the interview session page.

How Credits Are Used

Credits are used in the following way:

  • Credits start being used as soon as you open the interview session page.
  • The system counts down in real-time, showing minutes and seconds remaining.
  • Credits are deducted from your account at a rate of 1 credit per minute.
  • If you run out of credits during a session, you'll need to purchase more to continue.

Purchasing More Credits

When you need to add more credits to your account:

  1. From Dashboard:

    • Go to your dashboard
    • Find the "Interview Session Credits" section
    • Click the "Purchase Credits" button
    • Select a package that suits your needs
  2. From Interview Session:

    • If you run out of credits during a session, you'll see a notification
    • Click the "Get Credits" button in the notification
    • Select your preferred credit package
  3. Available Packages:

    • Basic Package: 60 minutes (1 hour) of interview time
    • Standard Package: 180 minutes (3 hours) of interview time
    • Premium Package: 360 minutes (6 hours) of interview time

Credit Purchase Process

  1. Select your desired credit package
  2. Complete the payment process using a credit card or other supported payment method
  3. Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment
  4. You can return to your interview session and continue practicing

Credit Expiration

  • Credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Refund Policy

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team.

Tips for Maximizing Your Credits

  • Prepare Before Sessions: Have your questions ready to make the most of your time.
  • Use Strategic Pauses: Stop the session if you need to take a break or review notes.
  • Mix Voice and Text: For quick questions, typing can be more credit-efficient than voice capture.
  • Purchase Larger Packages: Larger credit packages offer better value per minute.
